Matt and I have wanted for some time now to start a garden. We just didn't know how to do it in our little back yard. We feel strongly that we need to learn how to grow our own veggies and become just a little bit more self-reliant. So, with the help of our brother-in-law Lindsey, Matt got a garden box built. Now all we need it some garden soil, some seeds, and spring to come. Wish us luck!

Good luck!! I am so proud and jealous of you we want to do the same thing - I think I am going to try a pot garden so that it can move with us. Because by the time we get one in we (hopefully) will be moving to a bigger and nicer house on base.

Good for you! That sounds like a great project. How nice that your bil was able to help. Hope to see some nice tomatoes (or whatever)next year sometime.
